Structural features:
The machine mainly includes bed, table, dragging plate, wire transport mechanism, wire frame, cooling system, etc. The table is used to clamp the adjustable wire frame and the machined workpiece, and its motion is driven by two servo motors driving the precision ball screw sub-drives respectively, the wire transport mechanism is used to control the relative motion between the electrode wire and the workpiece, and the wire frame and the wire transport mechanism together constitute the motion system of the electrode wire.
The machine adopts high precision linear guide rail for the bed, dragging plate and table guide, and the table is driven by servo motor for the transverse and longitudinal reciprocating motion, and the transverse and longitudinal full stroke is controlled by the full closed-loop scale to ensure the motion positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
The machine adopts CNC system to control the feeding of each axis of the machine, and it can be automatically programmed and digitally controlled the movement of the machine coordinate table in the console.
