Features:
● Overhead bridge type moving beam structure, the dragging plate on the crossbeam moves horizontally along the crossbeam guide rail; the induction coil and quenching induction compensation capacitor machine move up and down along the vertical linear guide rail with the slide and dragging plate. The longitudinal reciprocating motion of the cross beam is driven by double servo synchronous drive motors along four linear guides through rack and pinion sub-drives, which is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
●The transverse and vertical movement of induction coil and quenching induction compensation capacitor machine adopts linear guide rails, which are driven by servo motors through planetary reducer and rack and pinion sub-drives, and controlled automatically by CNC system or adopt electronic handwheel micro-feed for tool setting.
●The machine tool is equipped with AU-200 type super audio induction quenching machine as the main accessory, adopting IGBT components, 100% load duration design, with alarm indication of over-voltage, over-current, over-heating, water shortage, etc. It has the features of full-bridge inverter, wide heating range, fast heating speed and high heating efficiency.
