This series of machine tools adopts gantry fixed-beam structure to grind the surface of the workpiece by using the periphery of the grinding wheel, and is suitable for grinding the surface of various wide and large parts in machinery manufacturing, automobile, mold and other industries.

●The table reciprocating motion is driven by external hydraulic station, which eliminates the influence of temperature rise of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil on machine accuracy.
●Vertical feed and lateral feed are driven by servo motor and reducer drive machine precision ball screw sub-drives, and electronic handwheel is available for tool setting and micro-feed.
●The standard configuration of grinding head is imported precision rolling bearing spindle, and we can also configure dynamic and static grinding head spindle for customers.
●All guideways adopt automatic centralized lubrication to effectively prevent strain due to oil loss.
The guideways for the transverse movement of the grinding head are all made of steel with special technology to ensure the accuracy and service life of the transverse movement, which is suitable for heavy load cutting. The grinding head is lifted and lowered by rectangular sliding guide with wider and thicker guide surface to ensure sufficient rigidity of the grinding head.
●The programmable control system is equipped with Japanese Omron programmable controller as standard, and the grinding process parameters can be set or changed on the display, which is easy and convenient to operate with high cost performance; the numerical control system is equipped with Taiwan’s New Generation system as standard, and the system of Siemens, Fanuc and Quanto can also be selected according to the user’s needs, or the function of forming grinding can be added.
●The bed and table of the B series are equipped with flat-V sliding guideway for smooth operation and improved service life.
