●The longitudinal movement and vertical feed are driven by AC servo motor with precision ball screw drive for precise control.
●The longitudinal movement cancels the large-capacity oil tank, green manufacturing, energy saving and environmental protection, greatly reducing the use and maintenance cost.
●The longitudinal guide adopts oil immersion type full lubrication to improve the service life of the guide.
●The vertical guide adopts large span, wide and thick rectangular sliding guide, with good anti-vibration effect and strong rigidity.
●The grinding head spindle adopts imported precision rolling bearing, with high rotary precision.
●The grinding head is fixed horizontally and the diameter of the grinding tile installation is larger than the width of the working surface, resulting in high grinding efficiency.
●Special digital instrument (program control system is also optional) control, equipped with fixed electronic handwheel, with manual and automatic grinding functions, can set grinding process parameters by itself, easy to operate.
