This series of machine tools is a product developed by our company in cooperation with an Italian company by introducing the European design concept. It adopts the mobile structure of the dragging plate and uses the peripheral or end face of the grinding wheel to grind the surface of the workpiece, and is suitable for batch automatic grinding of the plane and side edges of various parts in the industries of machinery manufacturing, automobile, mold and die, and industrial measuring instruments.

● Trailing plate mobile structure layout, semi-enclosed protection, beautiful appearance and stable accuracy.
●The vertical lifting and lowering of the grinding head and the lateral movement of the trailing plate are driven by a two-axis linkage CNC system with precision ball screw sub-drives driven by AC servo motors and equipped with an electronic hand wheel, with manual and automatic grinding functions.
●The longitudinal movement of the table is hydraulically driven with stepless speed regulation by a special valve for grinding machines.
●Precision roller cross guide is adopted for vertical feeding and precision rolling linear guide is adopted for lateral feeding, with sensitive tool feeding and high accuracy of CNC axis positioning and repeat positioning.
●Continuous automatic lubrication is adopted for the table and the longitudinal guide of the dragging plate, and the vertical guide of the column, the transverse linear guide of the dragging plate and the ball screw are programmed to achieve gap lubrication, effectively preventing oil loss and strain.
●The grinding head spindle adopts precision rolling bearing structure and is driven by external low-vibration motor with high rotary accuracy.
●Adopting air-cooled external hydraulic station, the oil temperature can be controlled and the machine has good thermal stability.
●The machine can be equipped with forming and grinding function by special order according to customer’s demand.
● CNC system can be equipped with Siemens, Fanuc, Taiwan New Generation, GuangDu, etc.
