Features:
●The machine adopts programmable control system to control AC servo motor by programmable controller to realize automatic control of vertical and lateral feed, which can reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
●The longitudinal movement of the table is hydraulically driven with stepless speed regulation by proportional valve.
●The vertical and lateral feeds of the grinding head are both driven by ball screw, with high sensitivity of tool feeding.
●The front end of the horizontal grinding head spindle adopts integral internal column and external tapered sliding bearing, with strong structural rigidity and high load capacity, good surface quality of workpiece grinding and easy maintenance; the spindle of the vertical grinding head can rotate in the vertical plane and adopts FAG precision rolling bearing structure, with high rotary accuracy, and can be equipped with different types of grinding wheels such as flat grinding wheels, beveled grinding wheels or bowl-shaped grinding wheels according to the grinding needs.
The longitudinal guide of the table and the vertical guide of the dragging plate are equipped with Teflon soft tape, which has good wear resistance, low energy consumption and high sensitivity of tool feeding.
●Equipped with hydraulic angle wheel dresser, which is convenient for dressing the grinding wheel when grinding on an inclined surface.
●Adopting independent hydraulic station and external oil tank, the bed has small thermal deformation.
