This series of machine tools is a product developed by our company in cooperation with an Italian company by introducing the European design concept. It adopts the moving structure of the dragging plate and uses the peripheral or end face of the grinding wheel to grind the surface of the workpiece, and is suitable for automatic precision grinding of the plane and side edges of various parts in the industries of machinery manufacturing, automobile, mold and die, and industrial measuring instruments.

● Trailing plate mobile structure layout, closed protection structure, beautiful appearance and high precision.
●The vertical lifting and lowering of the grinding head and the lateral movement of the trailing plate adopt the two-axis linkage CNC system, driven by AC servo motor with precision ball screw sub-drives, equipped with electronic hand wheel, with manual and automatic grinding functions.
●The grinding wheel guard adopts the function of opening the door and cutting off power, which is safe and environmental friendly.
●The grinding wheel dresser with combined liquid-electric control is adopted to realize automatic precision dressing and automatic compensation of grinding wheels.
●The longitudinal movement of the table is hydraulically driven with stepless speed regulation by proportional valve.
●Precision needle roller guide is adopted for vertical feeding, and precision rolling linear guide is adopted for transverse direction, with sensitive tool feeding and high accuracy of CNC axis positioning and repeat positioning.
●The table and the longitudinal guide of the dragging plate adopt continuous automatic lubrication, and the vertical guide of the column, the transverse linear guide of the dragging plate and the ball screw are programmed to achieve gap lubrication to effectively prevent oil loss and strain.
●The grinding head spindle adopts precision rolling bearing structure and is driven by external low-vibration motor with high rotary accuracy.
●External hydraulic station with controllable oil temperature and good thermal stability of the machine.
