This series of machine tools adopt gantry fixed-beam structure, suitable for milling the plane, bevel or surface of various wide and large parts in machinery manufacturing, automobile, mold and other industries, and also milling the sides of various different shapes of internal cavities as required by the programmed coordinates.

●The large castings such as bed, table, gantry (including column and cross beam) and dragging plate are made of high-quality gray cast iron as a whole, with optimized structural design, good bending and torsion resistance, strong rigidity and good heavy cutting performance.
The crossbeam is a slant-back box-type structure and adopts a flat and slanting sliding guide, which provides uniform load and smooth operation of the machine.
The longitudinal, lateral and vertical movements of the machine are driven by AC servo motor through the reducer and the precision ball screw sub-drive, and the electronic handwheel can be used for tool setting and micro-feeding.
The machine is equipped with Teflon soft tape for each moving guide to reduce the friction and improve the service life of the guide.
●The guideways and screw subs are automatically and centrally lubricated to effectively prevent strain due to oil loss.
